How I Became A Webcam Model

I know there is a lot of stigma attached to being a webcam model so I’m writing this article to show you that there are real, normal people doing this kind of work and we’re really just like you, except our kind of work is probably not something we dreamed we’d end up doing as kids. 

What did I want to be as a kid? My seven year old self will tell you I wanted to be an astronaut. And my 15-year old self will tell you I went through a phase where I wanted to be a nurse. My 23-year old will remind you of my lawyer phase and the woman I am today will tell you that on any given day I am any of these things because I ended up being an adult webcam model when I did grow up and the thing is, I actually love my job.

I am what people in the industry call an amateur webcam model and I’ve only been doing this for about 8 months now but I’m hooked. I started accidentally because I stumbled across JobOnCam.com one night while desperately searching for a job. I caught wind of a rumor at my retail work place suggesting I was going to be laid off.
